Strength Sessions

We also have park based Strength sessions! Whilst fantastic for runners, this session focuses on general strength development and would suit a wide variety of people.  One of the most common questions we get asked with this is one is "how much running is there during this session" - the answer is minimal. We save the running for the other sessions.

Sessions will always vary but include exercises to develop Strength, Core Stability, Power, Coordination and Balance.

Session Details:
  • Fridays from 530am (finish around 630am) at North Burleigh Surf Club (meet at carpark on the Southern side)
  • Bring a towel/mat and a drink bottle
