Ultimate Preparation Program dates: 10 weeks from Monday 23rd April to the race day.

- Pre program questionnaire/Individualised weekly program distributed by email to prepare you for either the 10km, Half Marathon or Full Marathon
- Two sessions per week for 10 weeks – Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 530-630am from Southport SLSC. (20 sessions in total – value $240)
- Option of attending Gold Coast Run Co Sunday group long runs. 530am from Piccolo, Miami
